Astrology in Real Time!!  Sidereal Forecast!!!

The daily lights, calculated from real time at sunrise on the Pacific coast of the USA for Tuesday 25 February 2020

Happy Birthday Aquarius!!!!

Mardi Gras!!!!

In this mornings sunrise we can see the stars of The Winged Horse, Pegasus.  Beloved Pegasus kicked open a spring of clear clean water, said to be the source of all poetic inspiration.  The individual names for these stars indicate the nature of the constellation is one of He Who Goes and Returns;  Who Carries;  and A Flock of Lambs with Kids.  Those people and relationships born under these stars are connected with commercial and literary affairs, guiding stars in every sense, and have excellent powers of concentration.

The wise and prudent will consider her actions and issues through this lens.

It's beginning to look a lot like spring!!! Freezing rain and sunshine, fog and wind, flood- February!! The sleeping trees begin to spray pollen!! Ahhh-choo!!

Our early spring sun sports at 11 degrees of the Water Bearer, Aquarius.

The moon leapt into Pisces just after midnight on the west coast!!!  The moon splashing in Pisces and the sun in airy Aquarius has us focused on feelings, and the trends they set in motion.  An interesting week ahead, with Mercury directing our attention within and on our past.

Thus continues the last week of February, as Sunday is the 1st of March!! Spring is just around the corner, and we, like the hyacinth and tulips, can't wait!

It's Fat Tuesday!!

Eat melons, drink Dr. Pepper, and be merry because tomorrow is Ash Wednesday.  Lent is around the corner, too.

No we are not worried about corona virus, it's effect on the global economy, because Mercury is retrograde, and nothing will stick, or turn out the way we expect it to conclude.

Fat Tuesday!! Mardi Gras!!

We are in a somewhat sober mood this Fat Tuesday, by 6 12 AM Seattle time looking over plans and business ventures with an eye to the future.  We will pursue these with good solid clarity all day!

By 5 45 PM Pacific time we have the unique window to pick and choose our existing plans, aims, ventures and put one foot forward on their path.  Mercury is exactly paired with the sun, so that the energy for redoing, reviewing, retreading, renewing, is at its most powerful now!

We feel at ease and at peace with it by 6 20 PM!!

Late tonight, 9 59 PM Pacific, our words assume power, our ideas taking on a life and energy of their own!!

Remember the hours of prayer, as we are in for a miraculous time:

all nighters:  Matins

predawn:     Lauds

first light:    Prime

breakfast:   Terce

noon:         Nones

sunset:       Vespers

evensong:    Compline

  2020 on the Upswing!!!!

Our cosmic choir is decidedly better as we continue in the new decade. All the drama and upheaval we on earth have been witnessing is due to Pluto the fitful fateful little orb, sitting hesitantly at 29 degrees, the very tail of Draco, behind the tail end of Sagittarius. No wonder we see so much activity resembling that at the back end of a equine!! Pluto is a transformer, and if we are honest, we realize that most of the troubles arise from foreign matters (immigration, illegal and otherwise, and foreign customs practiced in areas already settled).  Higher education is in a turmoil unseen since the Reformation, as is the Church Catholic.  In fact, there is the breath of further schism spiraling visibly from the vox populi.

Pluto at the karmic 29th degree of sidereal Sagittarius feels like music from a Bela Lugosi flick.  We will continue to feel these effects, which correlate to 23 degrees of tropical Capricorn, throughout all of 2020.  This position causes further disruption in all affairs Sagittarian, being legal, educational, religious, dads, students, government officials, all foreigners, and members of the second estate.

Saturn is at home in Capricorn at the Top of the zodiac.  We can expect some sense and last!!!

Mercury floats backwards in sidereal Aquarius, full of jubilant ideas and buoyant notions!! Mercury will backtrack all the way through the sign of brotherhood, equality, and all that jazz till the 10th of March then storm out on the 19th.  This will be a fascinating season of the Waterbearer!!

February 24th ushers in Fat Tuesday, Mardi Gras!!  Ash Wednesday comes the next day, so we can look forward to a wild and twisty Lent!

Daylight Savings time begins on Sunday March 8th, ar ar ar!!!

Venus is exalted in the volatile but charming sign of Pisces, and we are wise to wait decisions on wardrobe, jewelry, art, beauty treatments for windows to faces, till then.

Venus will descend into Aries on the 1st of March, and our romances and finances may get pretty triggered!!  She will come Home to her own sign on the 30th of March, Taurus, and we all breathe a sigh of real relief.

On the 13th of May Venus turns retrograde in her own sign, and we can expect some ups and downs in the house where she occupies for our individual lives.  Since she is such a sweet orb, her backward dance steps are just that!  She comes direct on the 24th of June, just as Jupiter turns back into his own sign of Sagittarius, and Neptune spins backwards.

Mars bobs on through Sagittarius, firing our ideas and adding energy and ambition to the work of actually putting them in action.   Remember Mars is all about movement!!

The sun dives in Aquarius, then on to Pisces on the 16th of March.  We welcome the spring equinox on the 19th of March, just as heaven gets itself back on track!!

Mars becomes exalted in Capricorn on the 23rd of March!!  We will be in the mood to fix, mend, repair, start it all out right!!

Our orb of communication dives into Pisces on the 8th of April, then roars into Aries on the 30th.  May also sees two signs in the travels of the swift winged orb, into Taurus on the 10th and then dancing into Gemini on the 26th.  Making  up for lost time!!!

Good Friday is the 10th of April, Easter the 12th.

Mars buoys into Aquarius on the 7th of May.  Let's get the practical work done while he is in Capricorn!!!

Jupiter reigns in his own sign!!!!  The cosmic Santa Claus will bring an enormous sense of good will and some balance to our schedules, to schooling, especially higher education, to foreign affairs!  We just enjoy life more!!  Even exercise will come easier!

Uranus the great cosmic hand grenade bouncing through Aries has woken the revolutionary in all of us!!  We are made aware of beheadings for a reason.  We must take into account where we are headed!!

Neptune has so many close associations with Pisces, our own sign as it passes beyond the Gate of God.  Religious fervor, self sacrifice, martyrdom, as well as delusion, illusion, addiction to drugs and to intense emotional shocks to the system, all so evident in our daily life now as the Age gasps the final breath.  Neptune is also the planet of communism, a plague of satanic envy and destructiveness, which we now call socialism as communism light.  In Aquarius, the sign of brotherhood and ideals, this all sounds terrifically fair and workable!!  Except when we try to put it to earth and make it work materially, because it brings out the worst in human nature, not the best.  It was spawned in hell by the enemy of our kind, so how can good come from it?  Be serious.  And the Scandinavian countries are not socialist- just ask them.  They are free market economies that are heavily taxed by an emasculated middle class.

Aquarius pours from February 15th through March 15th .

Twice, Aquarius is mentioned in Scripture;  once by Jesus Himself, in Luke chapter 22, 8 through 13;  Jesus sent Peter and John to the city to find a place for the Last Supper.  He specifically and carefully described 'a man carrying a jar of water', or Aquarius!  They were to follow Aquarius, and request the guest room upstairs, already furnished, for The Teacher.

The second mention of someone carrying a jar, this time of alabaster, refers to A Woman.  In Matthew 26 we read:

Now when Jesus was in Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper, there came to him a woman having an alabaster box of very precious ointment, and poured it on his head, as he sat at meat. But when his disciples saw it, they had indignation, saying, to what purpose is this waste? for this ointment might have been sold for much, and given to the poor. 10 When Jesus understood it, he said unto them, Why trouble ye the woman? for she hath wrought a good work upon me.11 For ye have the poor always with you; but me ye have not always.12For in that she hath poured this ointment on my body, she did it for my burial.13 Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, there shall also this, that this woman hath done, be told for a memorial of her.

It may have been Mary called Magdalene who performed the burial service for Jesus; it was definitely an Aquarian who in both cases knows Jesus instinctively, intuitively, and prepares a place for Him!

Scholars and historians alike have long wondered about the identity of the man who carried the water jug in Jerusalem, found in Luke 22 and Mark 14.  Jesus specifically mentioned this man to His disciples as the one to be followed to the house he would enter.  The man led them to a house with an upper room, where they gathered and prepared the Passover feast and the Last supper.  It was in this same upper room where they gathered to receive the outpouring of the Comforter in the form of tongues of fire.  We are wise to put this in the context of preparation for endings, for the end, for a time of sacrifice, which few associate with Aquarius.

The Water Bearer appears again in the Garden of Gethsemane, wearing a linen shroud, following after the man about to be arrested and crucified.  He is a fascinating and underreported figure here, as no one can put him in any context that's explicable outside that of being an outsider.

The gender and identity of the Water Bearer is multi-layered, as we see from the current rage for questioning these and the concepts behind them.

The next time you see clouds, think of them as water bearers!!

The names of the stars of the constellation Aquarius itself, the Water Bearer, include The Record of the Pouring Out; Who Goes and Returns, the Urn, and What Issues From The Flowing Stream. Those people and relationships born under these stars are connected with commercial and literary affairs, guiding stars in every sense, and have excellent powers of concentration.

The fixed Watcher star of Aquarius, Fomalhout, is known as the archangel Gabriel, the angel of Alchemy.  The human figure with wings and a pen, scribing what he witnesses, is the apostle Matthew, also an Aquarian, and the model for the modern Christian.

The territory of Aquarius includes the eastern Atlantic Ocean, Ireland, Iceland, England and Western Europe and Western Africa.

The letter of Christ to the angel of Aquarius can be gleaned for deep insight!

Called the Big Brother of the zodiac, this optimistic, honest, and independant sign is inventive, enthusiastic, and original in all his pursuits and endeavors.  His charm can be felt over his abruptness.

Aquarius is violet and electric blue!!

The spiritual light of Aquarius is a sublte violet, that same shade found at the crown of the skull, that place of Golgotha, glowing violet soul light.  Put that together, Star Travelers!!!

Violet energy rays, like Aquarius, act as a unifyer, harnessing people and events for altriustic and universally benefical purpose.

Under the violet light of Aquarius, we accept our connection to each other, and realize the hard and unbending truth that what we do to one another, we do to ourselves.  What we say about another, we reveal about ourselves.

By intentionally spiritualising our own minds and daily lives, we can begin to use the creative and inventive violet energy rays to promote healing and continuity. We can consciously bring to the fore undiscovered truths. We can unite people to further humanitarian and environmental causes. We can demonstrate the oneness of the whole and wholeness in the one.

Violet is a serene, calm and vibrant color long known to be spiritually activating and awakening.  It was anciently used to aid insomnia, headaches and eczema.

The flowers which bloom now have strong anti-bacterial properties, ideal for skin rashes or burns.

Add Lavender and jasmine oils for a seasonally Aquarian scent.

Foods include valerian and vervain for extra rest; eggplant, plums, kale, broccoli and purple grapes.

Amethyst and Clear Quartz crystals vibrabrate higher frequencies, opening us to the eternal, the heavenly, our own higher selves.

A pale, chilly, January sun shines from the impossible sign of Capricorn at the Top of the zodiac.  Our daystar traverses the vast body of the transforming sign of a sea goat, a hardy full-blooded sign, which lets us see by cold clear light what is no longer valid in the world and in our lives.  We notice many issues just dying and falling away, collapsing into the vast sea of transformation.  The Sea Goat makes no sense to us in our waking life, as goats don't live in the sea, or ride the waves, while fish don't usually rise up from the bottom.  The goat half of the sign is falling in death, while the fish half of him rises in excited life!!   We have the opportunity to appreciate the beauty, vastness, and unique position of our pale blue home! We, like the sign, can allow what no longer lives within us with spark and vitality to fall peacefully away into the vast oceans of transformative energies around us, and allow the thriving new life to flow upwards!  Our connection to our family circle, our traditions and blood ties are intensely important to us now.  Our ethics and our roots become vital and rise with us, along with the best of our identity, our posterity!!

The Goat dies and the fish rises from January 15th through February 15th.

The names of the stars of the sign itself include the Kids, Sacrifice, Station of Bearing, Place of Birth,

Capricorn is considered by many as an unfortunate sign, looking like a goat, which itself has strong associations with the idea of the devil, or The Devil itself.

In fact, Capricorn is only half a goat, the upper half, and that part is dying.  The lower half is vibrant, coming alive, in the form of a Christian fish, which is actually a dolphin!

The lesson of Capricorn at the top of the mountain is to climb no higher in this world, but to transform into the next!

Since Christ in fact was the sacrificial goat, and this sacrifice was found acceptable and put paid, we have much to learn from Capricorn, and nothing to loath!

Capricorns companion sign, Aquila the Eagle, represents the United States of America in astrology, the most Christian nation on earth.  The sign rules the region from the mid Atlantic Ocean, the eastern region of Brazil, Greenland, and western Iceland, which most of the wise and sensitive know as Atlantis.  The letters from Christ to the angel of Capricorn contain a great deal of insight!!

What a helpful and encouraging sign!

As a Capricorn, this knight understands the value and rewards of discipline, labors tirelessly for the common good, carries a heavy load by choice, and seldom loses his dignity.   Called the Go-Getter, this knight is patient and practical, ambitious and unexpectedly humorous, shy, sometimes grim.  He knows the hard tasks ahead.

Judging the character by the names of the stars in the sign, the Capricorn knight knows The Lord as Judge, is protective of The Place of Birth, of The Kids of the flock.

The haunting shade of Capricorn is mysterious, luminous indigo, a glowing darkness.  A mystery sign, possessing profound insights. From Capricorn's indigo energy emerge the secrets of the midnight sky, the universe and the glory of the supernatural. People born under this signs indigo ray are empathetic and connected to their innate intuition.

This birth sign is connected with the unseen, the unseeable, and spiritual illumination which helps others understand the true significance of their souls existence.

The unbalanced indigo can drive us into deep depressions.

Energywise, indigo helps us understand and see things from new perspectives, as in indigo lives the understanding of life's process. Indigo gives energy to the brow chakra and the pineal gland, physically increasing sleep and dream activity, while helping to eliminate nightmares. It calms nerves while stimulating sight, smell and hearing senses.

Ideal for meditation, intuition, and psychic abilities.
